Farmak International Finalizes Integration of Symphar, Poland

Effective April 1, 2025, all Polish operations will be consolidated under a single legal entity: Farmak International Sp. z o.o.

This follows the March 27, 2024, acquisition of Symphar by Farmak AG, which marked a significant expansion of the Group’s footprint in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) pharmaceutical market. Over the past 12 months, both Farmak International Sp. z o.o. and Symphar Sp. z o.o. operated in parallel while a structured integration process was implemented. The legal and operational merger is now complete.

With this consolidation, we’ve moved from strategic acquisition to full operational alignment in Poland. The integration enables us to unlock synergies, simplify market interactions, and scale more efficiently in the European territory. This is a critical enabler for growth, not just in Poland, but across the CEE region.
