7 New Launches in the UK Market During Q1

Farmak International’s UK team launched seven new products in the first quarter of 2026, strengthening the company’s market presence.

These additions span several therapeutic areas, with a primary focus on hospital and specialist care medicines.

These include products for:

  ▶  Intensive care and anaesthesiology.

  ▶ Diagnostic imaging.

  ▶ Cardiology.

  ▶ Ophthalmology.

  ▶ Musculoskeletal conditions.

The UK market experienced the most significant portfolio growth this quarter, supporting Farmak International’s efforts to enhance its presence and partnerships with local stakeholders.

What I value most this quarter is how our UK/IE team has combined portfolio growth with strong partner collaboration. That’s exactly how we plan to continue developing our presence in the UK

Additionally, the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) granted 12 new marketing authorizations in Q1 2026, covering medicines in several therapeutic areas:

▶ Cardiovascular diseases (e.g., antihypertensives, antiplatelet agents).

   ▶ Infectious diseases (antibiotics).

▶ Vitamin D deficiency and related metabolic conditions.

▶ Ear, nose, and throat (ENT) conditions (anti-inflammatory treatments).

These developments demonstrate the company’s ongoing UK portfolio expansion and commitment to making established therapies available across multiple treatment areas.
